Support
Solo project. Support is async by email and the tracker; expect a reply within a few days.
There are no support calls, live chat, scheduled demos, or support widgets. Use the contact form for private questions. The site does not publish an email address because public addresses attract spam.

Use public support when the topic is not sensitive. Public answers are searchable and can help other people.
What to include in a bug report
- A way to reproduce it. Include the netlist or a share link.
- What you expected and what happened, including the value and how you measured it.
- The app version, shown in About.
- Your browser and operating system.
Your circuit remains yours. It is used to fix the reported problem. PWMSim will only add it to a permanent test with your permission.
Model requests
Tell us which part you need and link to the publisher's model page. Do not attach or paste the model file because it may have separate license terms.
What support does not include
There is no other response-time promise, private roadmap, or guarantee that a request will be built. Export a project file or portable netlist when you need a copy outside the hosted app.
